What file types are best for logos?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF are best for logos, text, decals, engraving and offset printing.
Can you use a PNG or JPG?
Sometimes. High-resolution PNG or JPG files can work for certain apparel graphics, but they are not ideal for logos, small text, embroidery, engraving or decals.
Why does AI artwork need cleanup?
AI artwork often includes soft edges, fake details, odd lettering, artifacts and resolution limits. It usually needs retouching and production prep before high-end printing.
What about napkins, cups and business cards?
These usually need clean vector artwork, simple color handling and clear edges because offset and promotional product printing can expose messy files quickly.
